1 tsp. each: ground cinnamon, cloves
6 qt. boiling water
2 c. sugar or 1 c. sugar, 1 c. honey
2 T. loose black tea or 1 large tea bag
1 1/2 c. orange juice (6-8 oranges)
3/4 c. lemon juice (3-4 lemons)

Yield: About 40 cups
Tie spices in a muslin bag; add to boiling water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add tea bag. Cover; steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bag; add fruit juices. Serve very hot.
