8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. milk
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 T. onion, minced
4 oz. dried beef, shredded
1/2 c. pecans
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 350º ~ Yield: about 2 cups
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, milk and sour cream. Stir in pepper, onion, and garlic salt. Fold in dried beef. Put dip in a pie plate or small casserole dish. Top with nuts. Pour melted butter over nuts. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Can be made ahead and frozen to bake later. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
