1 c sifted flour
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
2 t grated orange rind
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 c soft butter
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. combine and sift together the dry ingredients
2. combine in large bowl butter, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter creaming together for 2 minutes until smooth
3. add flour mixture and blend ingredients
4. drop on greased cookie sheet, flatten with fork dipped in sugar
5. bake 400 º 12 to 15 minutes
