Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Original Jimmy Dean sausage meat
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
milk, for glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage meat and bread crumbs in a bowl. Roll out the pub pastry until it is twice its original size. In your hands, roll out long, thin rolls of the sausage mixture and lay it on the pastry, 1" from the edge. Using a pastry brush, brush the milk onto the pastry just below the roll of meat. Take the edge of the pastry and roll it over the meat until it makes a roll and the pastry seals onto the milked pastry. Using a pizza wheel, cut just beneath the first roll and then cut the roll into 1" pieces. Glaze with milk. Repeat making rolls until all pastry and meat mixture is used up. Place on cookie sheet in oven at 425º for 18 minutes or until browned.
