2 cans Creamed Corn
1/4 c. Onion, chopped finely
1 Egg, beaten
1 c. Saltines
Butter and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a well buttered casserole dish. Dot the top with butter, do not cover. Bake at 400º until brown.
