3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 T butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T milk
1 T chopped onions
1 T chopped pimiento
2 c. cubed and cooked chicken
1- 8 oz. can original crescent rolls
3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons

Blend creamed cheese and 2 T butter (reserve 1 T) until smooth.
Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well.

Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal.
(roll rectangles between 2 pieces of wax paper and use rolling pin to press and enlarge rectangles into approximate squares).

Spoon generous 1/2 cup meat mixture onto center of each "square"
Pull 4 corners of dough together to cover the meat mixture.
Twist corners slightly at the top and seal edges.

Place in ungreased 8" X 8" pan. Brush tops with reserved T of butter.
Sprinkle with crouton crumbs.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.

Note: if chicken is cooked and cut the day before, it saves quite a bit of time!
