1 c. onion, chopped
1 - 4 oz. jar Dried Beef, chopped
1/4 c. Oil
2 tbsp. Flour
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Carrots, thinly sliced
1 c. Celery, thinly sliced
2 c. Potatoes, thinly sliced
2 c. Water
1 Bouillon Cube

Pie Crust Topping (optional)
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Cristco
2 tbsp Water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil. Add water flour, bouillon cube, vegetables and chipped beef. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Put all ingredients in a casserole dish. Prepare pie crust and lay pie crust over top.
