2 egg whites-unbeaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
3 T. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Stir slightly then set pan into a pan of boiling water or use double boiler.
Beat vigorously with mixer for 7 minutes until mixture stands in peaks.
