• 2/3 cup chopped scallions
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• Ŋ tsp. thyme
• Ŋ tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 Ŋ tsp. salt
• 1 Ŋ tsp. ground allspice
• ŧ tsp. grated nutmeg
• ŧ cup jalapeno pepper, minced
• 6-12 drops Tabasco sauce
• ŧ cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Arrange the wings in one layer in a large shallow baking dish and cover with marinade. Marinate in fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 450 ēC. Arrange wings in one layer on an oiled rack set over a foil-lined roasting pan, spoon the marinade over them and back in the upper third of the oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
