3 cups flour
2 eggs (beat)
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup water or enough to make dough
Nice sized potato (sliced about 1/8" thick)

Directions:
Make dough. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out and let dry a little. Cut into 1 1/2" squares. Slice potato into hot broth. Add dough, one piece at a time into boiling broth. Cook until not doughy. Add "ready to eat" meat after dough is cooked.
