2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
1 T baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cocoa
3/4 c oil
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 c lite molasses
sugar for rolling the balls of cookie dough in

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with salt, clove, cocoa, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix oil, sugar, molasses and egg, blending well. Stir in flour. Shape into balls, roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with bottom of glass. Sprinkle with a little sugar.

Bake 350 for 8-12 minutes. Need to watch. Depends upon cookie size. Let stand a minute on the tray before removing.
