1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained,( reserve juice )
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 pork loin chops
1/3 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a shallow bowl
Add pork chops, turn once to coat
Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours
Gently toss bread crumbs and paprika in pie pan
Add chops, coat both sides with crumbs
Arrange pork chops in shallow greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan
Bake for 25 minutes
Turn pork chops over and place 1 slice of pineapple on each chop
Bake 25 minutes more
Serve warm
