1 c. Margarine
1 c. Powdered Sugar, sifted
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Flour, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in vanilla. Stir in flour, then knead in bowl until dough forms a smooth ball. Wrap tightly and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm enough to roll. Preheat oven to 300º. Roll out dough 1/3 at a time, into 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured board. Cutout and place on ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 20 minutes, or until firm but not brown.
