1 6 ounce box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 ounce container sour cream (I use Greek yogurt instead)
2-4 cups cooked cubed or shredded chicken
1 6 ounce can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare Rice-A-Roni to package instructions.
Cook chicken or cube/shred leftover chicken.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish (or your prefered dish size) with cooking spray. Combine prepared Rice-A-Roni, can of soup, and sour cream (or yogurt). Stir well and pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with french fried onions, and bake for additional 5-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
