3/4 C. sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 C. pineapple juice
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 C. Martha Gooch Acini Di Pepe
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple (drained)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan mix flour, sugar, and salt. Stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over moderate heat. Stir constantly until thickened. Add lemon juice. Set aside and cool. Cook Acini Di Pepe according to package directions. Combine cooked mixture and Acini Di Pepe. Cover in fridge until chilled. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir lightly. Chill 1 hour before serving.
