1pkg. Chicken Breasts
2lg. cans Swanson Chicken Broth
1c. Brown Rice
1lg. can Garbanzo Beans
1lg. Onion- chopped
2-3 stalks of Celery- chopped
2tsp. Chili Powder
2tsp. Cumin
1bunch of Cilantro-chopped

Topping:
Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
Serrano Peppers- chopped
Avocado- diced
Tortilla Chips to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add Chicken to broth in a large pot, add Rice, Beans, Celery, Onion and Chili Powder and Cumin
Remove Chicken when cooked 15-20 minutes. Continue to cook Broth (Simmer until Rice is cooked---about 20-30 more minutes)
Chop Chicken and Cilantro---add to Broth
Heat thoroughly
Serve with toppings of choice.
