1 loaf ciabatta bread
1/2 cup pesto
1/2 lb turkey, sliced
1 jar roasted bell pepper strips
6 slices provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice ciabatta in half horizontally. Spread pesto on both sides of bread. Layer turkey and provolone. Add pepper strips to taste.

Bake at 450º until cheese is melted and bread is toasty, about 10 minutes. Slice loaf into six sandwiches.

This sandwich is open to variation for taste. Some ideas: add more or less pesto; add spinach (after baking); use focaccia instead of ciabatta.
