Ingredients: 2 large cans tomatoes 6 large green onions 2 large cans beef broth 1 green pepper 1 pkg vegetable soup mix, Knorrs or Liptons 1 bunch celery 2 cans green beans 1 lb. carrots

Directions:DAY 1 Any fruit except bananas.Cantalope and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only soup and fruit. DAY 2 All Vegetables, raw or canned.No dry beans, peas or corn. For dinner eat a large baked potato with butter. DAY 3 Eat all the soup, fruit and vegetables today.At this point you should start losing weight. DAY 4 Bananas and skim milk.Eat at least 3 bananas and all the skim milk you want. Eat as much soup as you can. DAY 5 Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Eat soup at least once today but eat as much as you desire. DAY 6 Beef and vegetables Eat all the beef and vegetables today. Eat 2 steaks if you like. Eat some green leafy vegetables. Eat soup at least once today but again eat as much as you desire. DAY 7 Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables. Stuff yourself with soup. |

Notes: You can add additional bouillon cubes or granules for more flavor.This soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. The more you eat the more you will lose. By day seven you should have lost 15 lbs. Wait two days before resuming the diet, starting at day 1 You can substitute broiled or baked chicken for the beef.
