12 oz. apricot nectar
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Enough peaches to fill a pie shell
1 baked single pie crusted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients until thickened - remove from heat and add butter. Let cool until slightly warm. Peel peaches, slice and fill a baked pie shell. Pour mixture over fresh peaches. Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
