1 box Pillsbury chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting in a can
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
6 c. mint chip or another ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but ice cream on low speed until blended and then 2 minutes on high speed. Grease 2 nine inch pie pans. Do not use 8 inch. Divide batter into the two pans. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool crust. As the crust cools, it will fall to allow ice cream filling. Take ice cream out of freezer to soften. Add 3 cups of ice cream to each pie crust and freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.
