1 can frozen limeade concentrate
2 limes
6 pack of favorite beer
1 12 oz. can of ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
In a large rectangular glass pan add thawed limeade concentrate, two cans of water, zest and juice from two limes, and 1/2 can of ginger ale. Stir well and place in freezer for one hour. Stir and scrape the mixture with a fork every hour until the granita is frozen but still grainy. To serve, put a generous scoop of the granita into a tall chilled beer glass and top with beer.

We enjoy a Corona, Blue Moon, or Summer Shandy beer with this recipe. This became the favorite cocktail at our first family reunion in Rosemary Beach 2013.
