1 lb.lasagna noodles (par-cooked)
2 qts. your favorite tomatoe sauce
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated romano cheese
6 cooked sausage links (sliced)
6-8 cooked meatballs (sliced) or
1lb. cooked ground beef

Directions:

Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Coat bottom with a layer of sauce, and then a layer of lasagna noodles. Add sausage pieces, and cover with sauce. Put another layer of noodles and a layer of ricotta seasoned with grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Cover with sauce, and lay another layer of noodles. Next placed meatball slices or browned ground beef.
Cover with sauce, and add final layer of noodles.
Cover generously with sauce and top with mozzarella.
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until all layers are thoroughly cooked
