Ingredients:  
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
5 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add vinegar and water in pan separate from all other ingredients
Mix flour, Crisco, salt and add liquid
Mix and wrap in a long bundle of wax paper
Refrigerate overnight
Take out of refrigerator and let dough warm up a bit before rolling it out to put in a pie plate.

Yields: 4 pie crusts
