2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, chocolate chips or your preference

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Mash bananas and then mix together with all the other wet ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients together with the exception of nuts/ chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Do not overmix. Add nuts, chips once all other ingredients are evenly combined. Pour into buttered bread pan and bake for 70 minutes at 350º

After banana bread is done, you can create a gooey dessert by spreading chocolate icing over the top while it is still warm.
