2 small bags or 1 large bag of frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayo
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pack ritz crackers
2 packs shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Blanch broccoli until brightgreen then shock in ice water and drain.
In large bowl combing mayo, soup, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and one bag of cheese.
Add broccoli to the mixture and mix well.
Transfer Mixture to casserole dish and layer second bag with cheese.
Place casserole in oven and back for 30 minutes.
After 20 minutes pull casserole out and sprinkle with crushed crackers, then place oven back in over for another 5 minutes.
