2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Milk
1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 pounds Asparagus spears, cooked and drained
6 thin slices cooked Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in the flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Add cheese; stir until melted.
Wrap a slice of ham around 5 to 6 asparagus spears, then place in a baking dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining ham and asparagus.
Place in a 375º oven and heat for about 10 minutes, until heated through.
Pour warm cheese sauce over the roll-ups and serve.
