2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bag frozen chopped spinach thawed and drain well
1 container feta cheese
1 pack shredded parmesan cheese
fillo dough
1 egg
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, feta, and half bag of shredded parmesan cheese.
Beat egg and pour over spinach mixture and mix thoroughly.
Spray casserole dish and add 6 sheets of fillo.
Add spinach mixture to middle of fillo layer.
Add layers of fillo over top and tuck in over ends and sides until all sides are covered (like a package).
Spray top with veggie oil and sprinkle with rest of parmesan cheese
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
