4 Egg Whites, beaten real stiff
35 Hi Ho Crackers, broken up
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Nuts
1 cup Whipped Cream Topping (Rich Whip)
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Flaked Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to beaten egg whites. Fold in crackers, vanilla and nuts. Put in a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix whipped cream and powdered sugar and frost cooled bars. Sprinkle with flaked coconut. Refrigerate 24 hours before eating.
