Remember this has long freezing times.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c milk
1/2 c frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
2 T lime juice from concentrate
3/4 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sweetened condensed milk, milk and juices. Transfer to 9x9 baking pan. Cover and freeze for 2 hrs. or until almost firm.
Break frozen mix into small chunks; transfer to chilled large bowl. With mixer, beat til smooth, but not melted. Stir in coconut. Return to pan, cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm. To serve scoop into dessert dished or parfait glasses.
