Sift into a large bowl
3 1/2 cups of flour.
1 tsp of salt
Make a hollow in the centre of the flour /salt.
Add 6 eggs

Mix well with a wooden spoon and then turn the dough out on a floured board and knead well.
Roll the dough out paper thin into round sheets .
Let the sheets dry enough. .
Cut the dough into strips . Can stack a couple of strips together and then slice into noodles . Watch your fingers . If and when you get fast enough to cut the dough into thin noodle then Bubka will be so PROUD.
Boil the noodles in hot salted water .

If you want wider noodles then roll you dough -in a jelly roll fashion and then cut into strips as wide or as narrow as you like .
