1 tbl butter
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
1/4 cup white vermouth
2 tbl Sambuca
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped fresh plum tomatoes
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pount fresh pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shallots in butter until clear, add vermouth and Sambuca and simmer 1 minute.

Add heavy cream and reduce until slightly thickened.

Add parsley, tomatoes, and shrimp; cook additional 3 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta.
