15 oz. can condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 T. grated lemon rind(optional)
1 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 large bowl cool whip
Angel Food cake, lady fingers or Sara Lee Pound Cake

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine condensed milk, lemon juice, and cool whip. Fold in berries and mix well.
Cut Angel Food cake, Pound cake or lady fingers into enough slices to line a large dish. Spread mixture evenly over cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
