2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. bacon
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can tomato sauce
small package breakfast ham

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and breakfast ham. Remove to paper towels to cool. Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender. Remove and drain all except 2 T. of grease. Add rice to reserved grease. Heat rice gently. Crumble bacon. Add bacon, ham onion and pepper to rice. Stir in can of tomato sauce and continue to simmer over low heat about 10 minutes.
