5 to 6 medium squash, sliced
1 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small container sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs or herb seasoned stuffing mix
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender. Drain well and mash slightly. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
