5 to 6 medium squash, sliced 1 stick butter 1 small onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small container sour cream 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. bread crumbs or herb seasoned stuffing mix salt and pepper to taste
Cook squash until tender. Drain well and mash slightly. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
