1 4# tri-tip
1 12-oz. can tomato paste
1 C. water
2 sliced green peppers
1 large sliced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 T. Worcesterhire sauce
1/2 C. hot salsa (or mild if you prefer)

About 9:00 a.m. put the tri-tip in crock pot on low. Spoon the tomato paste on top, pour the water over that.
Sprinkle on all the seasonings and salsa, then place the peppers and onions on top.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours. Stir every couple hours.
