1 lb Italian Sausage
Pepperoni, as much or little as you like
I 15oz can Italian diced tomatoes
1 small can sliced black olives
1 regular size can Rotel tomatoes
5 cans (or about 1 1/2 boxes) beef broth
chopped bell pepper
chopped onion
mushrooms, sliced, canned or whole, as much or little as you like.

Directions:

Saute onion and pepper in the bottom of a soup pot, add crumbled sausage and brown
Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Ladle into bowl and top with freshly grated cheeses of your choice.
Remember, prepare your soup with the ingredients you like on a pizza. Add jalapeno’s if you like. I grate fresh Parmesan cheese or Monterrey jack over our soup. This is one easy, delicious soup.
