1 C. flour
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter
1/2-1 C. nuts (optional)
1 large container cool whip
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. sour cream
1 box strawberry junket
1 C. cold water
fresh or frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, and nuts. Press into pan. Bake at 350º for 10-15 min. Crumble and let cool.

Mix cool whip, powdered sugar, and sour cream. Spread over crumbles. Cook 1 box strawberry junket with ONLY 1 C. cold water. Mix in 1 small box fresh strawberries. If berries are frozen the junket will be cool enough to spread right onto the cool whip mixture. If using fresh strawberries, wait until the junket set until cool.
