2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns
2 sticks of margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed

9" x 11" baking dish
Shortening or cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine 1 stick melted margarine, hash browns, salt, pepper and soup.
2) Add chopped onions, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
3) Place in greased pan.
4) Combine 1 stick melted margarine with crushed Corn Flakes and sprinkle over hash brown mixture.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 45 minutes or until browned on top.
