1 boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 pieces of bacon, partially cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Pound out the chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Mix together the cream cheese and onion and spread mixture over 1 side of chicken breast. Roll chicken breast up to conceal the cream cheese. Wrap the partially cooked bacon around the chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Broil for about 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.
