1 8 oz. Spinach
1 8 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Jar Mushrooms
7 Slices of Bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Mayo
1 Tsp. Thyme
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Pie Crust
1 Tsp. Corn Starch

Cook Spinach for about 10 minutes-season with thyme. Drain and set aside.
Mix mayo,eggs, cornstarch, thyme, heavy cream . Add mushrooms drained, blend in cheese.
In Pie Crust spread crumbled bacon on bottom pour in quiche-Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
