1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups of wheat flour

Topping:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 T brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º F
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well
Combine baking soda, baking powder and flour. Add to wet mixture
Scoop into greased muffin tins
Sprinkle topping over each muffin
Bake for 20 minutes for medium size muffins, 12 minutes for mini muffins
