12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

2½ cups of heavy whipping cream, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in microwave for 3½ minutes till crispy. Drain the bacon on paper towels, then crumble it into small pieces.

Crush cookies and add just 3 tbsp. of the melted butter. Then press it into a pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes, then let it cool.

In a 2 quart saucepan, heat evaporated milk and just ¾ cup of the white sugar; add chocolate chips. Stir over a medium heat until the contents are melted and thick. Add 2 Tbsp. of the butter and let it all cool.

Spread ½ cup of chocolate sauce over crust and sides and let it cool in fridge for about 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and 1 cup of the white sugar in a mixer till it’s smooth. Add just one cup of the heavy whipping cream. Whip until the mixture is fluffy, then add peanut butter, and the vanilla butternut extract and whip it once more and chill in fridge for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle half the contents of the chopped bacon over the chocolate covered crust, pour in the creamy peanut butter mixture. Spread half of the remaining chocolate sauce over the creamy peanut butter middle, and sprinkle half of the remaining chopped bacon bits over the chocolate sauce.

Whip 1½ cups of heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Add a dash of cream of tartar for stiffer peaks. Spread over pie and pipe edges.

Sprinkle with rest of bacon and pipe the rest of chocolate sauce. Chill for about 1 hour before serving.
