1 pack of large strawberries
1 8-oz. pack of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Graham Cracker, Nilla Wafer, Heath Bar, or Nut crumbs
Melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Directions:
Wash and dry strawberries. Cut off the stem and hollow out the strawberries with a paring knife. Set aside.

In a mixer, blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Add more or less of those ingredients to taste. Put mixture into a ziplock bag and set aside. (You can prepare the filling ahead of time, but to maximize freshness, don't fill the strawberries until the day of.)

Cut off a tip of the mixture bag and pipe the filling into the hollow cavities of the strawberries. Then dip the strawberries in your crumb of choice. You can even drizzle chocolate over the strawberries if you want!
