1 lb tomatoes
1 lb onions
11/2 cups Thompson raisins
1 lb apples (Gravenstein)
1/2 lb brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
white vinegar

Cover ingredients with white vinegar and boil for 1 hour. Refrigerate.

Jack has been talking about this for years, so got the recipe finally from Aunt Ruth. This is a great chutney! So good with a roast beef dinner....or on sandwiches or burgers.
