1. Saute Garlic and Onions in oil over medium heat
2. Brown beef (draining the fat is optional, I think Mom leaves just a little)

3. While the beef is browning, cook your noodles to your desired tenderness. When in doubt, follow the directions on the box :)

4. When beef is cooked, add bottled spaghetti sauce, left over sauce and milk swirl.
5. Lower heat and cook for about 5 minutes
6. Add in cubed cream cheese and stir until completely melted
7. Ketchup time! 3-4 medium squeezes (start with 3)
8. Stir, stir, stir
9. Simmer for another 5 minutes
10. Add KRAFT singles and stir until completely melted
11. Simmer for another 5 minutes
12. TASTE TEST!
13. Salt and pepper to taste

*If you want a thin sauce, add milk
*I remember Mom left our sauce thick. Mama knows best!

**** Mom usually adds the whole pot of cooked noodles (UN rinsed) to the sauce and mixes it all together.

YummmAzing!!!

Personal Notes:
Eat this anytime of day! We would usually eat it straight from the pot (we always took a chance with burning our taste buds! I'm laughing while I remember the faces and noises we'd make because it was too hot. OMG, so funny!)
When standing became a chore, or the spaghetti would start to fall around the outside of the pot due to too many "Taste Testing's", we'd finally settle for a huge bowl or plate. I'm telling you, cold and straight from the fridge, piping hot from the microwave... whenever, however... (The day after is the best!) Mama's spaghetti = Soul Food!
