2 lbs. lean ground beef
2-3 cups water
1 small can of tomato paste
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion chopped
1-1/2 tsp. cumin
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can Brooks Chili Hot Beans-30.5 ounces

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot cook onions and ground beef till browned-drain. Add tomato paste, garlic, cumin, chili, powder, salt, pepper, and enough water to cover. Cook slowly, stirring often, for about 20 minutes adding water if necessary to keep from sticking. Add beans and heat through and add water to desired consistency.
