1 brownie mix
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. canola oil
1/2 c. white chips
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Frosting:
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 T. cocoa
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brownie mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in chips and walnuts; pour into a greased 9" x 13" cake pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, then combine sweetened condensed milk and coconut in a small bowl and spread on top of the brownies. Place back in oven and bake additional 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack. Prepare frosting and spread on top of the cooled brownies.
