1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c flour
2 c oats
2 c Wheaties or Team cereal
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c chopped nuts

Sugar can be cut by 1/4. Bake at 350º on greased baking sheet.
