1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Eggs
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Italian Seasoning
1/2 t. Salt
Milk to Moisten
Drizzle Olive Oil
2T. Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Mix together - should be sticky, not soggy. Let sit in fridge 1 hour to marry.

Make whatever size meatballs, (like 2-bite), and bake on cookie sheet.

Bake 350º 10-11 minutes - longer if big meatballs. Turn over @ 5 minutes if more browning is desired. Add to sauce or serve on the side.

Can use ground turkey, pork, lamb, etc. or mix meats.
