2 tsp. of Fruit Jam, whatever flavor profile you prefer (if Raspberry or Strawberry, use seedless).
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk the jam until it is loosened and thin.
In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer; whip whipping cream and sugar together until firm peaks form.
Gently fold the jam into the whipping cream, just until it is combined and streaky.

I like to use this with angel food cake and fresh strawberries, or as a topping for a mousse or fresh fruit.
